Cufflink Suite operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Cufflink Suite. Access to and use of this website and the products available through this website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms. By using the Services, you agree to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time.
Placing an Order
You place an order on Cufflink Suite and agree to the following terms and conditions.
When placing an order on our site, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the payment method used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for purchasing the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have charged your chosen payment method.
Pricing and Availability
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST but exclusive of shipping cost.
While we try to ensure that all information, details, descriptions, availability and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and find a solution with you. If we have already received your payment but need to issue you a refund, we will reimburse you for the payment method used.
Delivery
All products are always shipped in secure packaging. You choose your most convenient shipping method during checkout. The expense of shipping will be dependent on the size of your order and delivery terms. Available shipping methods will be shown during checkout.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times may occasionally be subject to unforeseen delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we are not responsible.
Return Policy
Because we are so confident in our collection and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we actually offer you 30 days to return your product. The only requirement, after the statutory 14 days, is that your item has not been used (as far as this is reasonably possible), and all packaging is intact. If this is not the case, it may constitute a value deterioration, for which you are liable.
If you return your entire order, we will refund you in full, excluding the original shipping cost. If you are only returning some of your purchased products, you will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
Please note we cannot accept returns on a personalised item
To return an item please email us at info@cufflinksuite.co.nz with your concern and invoice number, name, phone number and delivery address and we will make contact with you.
If something is wrong with the product
If you find something wrong with a product, then please make contact with us within a reasonable time, for us to find a quick and good solution for you. We recommend you make contact as fast as possible, especially if the product was damaged during shipping.
If you make contact within 2 weeks this will always be seen as a reasonable time period.
